RULES OF THE SCHOOL

Absence

>> Student who have been sick for the more than 5 days should bring a Medical Certification from their doctor on re-joining the School.
>> No one who has been absent on the previous day will admitted to the Class without a letter from the patent, addressed to the Class Teacher, starting the reason for the absence.
>> Student suffering from contagiuos disease must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before returning to class. They should submit a Medical Fitness Certificate on return to the School.
>> Reported absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than five consecutive days renders a student liable to have his/her name struck off from the roll discretion of Principal on the payment of fresh admission fee.
>> It is compulsory for all students to maintain 80% attendance during the course of the academic session to enable them to appear the Annual examination.
>> Students who do not take all their Cyclic Test and Term Exams will not be allowed to appear in the Annual Examination.
>>All Students are expected to attend school on the opening day after each Vacation. Those Who remain absent on account of illness must produce Medical Certification to the Class Teacher

Late arrival to school for the

Withdrawal & Transfer Certificates

1. One month’s clear notice in writing or a month’s fee in lieu of the notice be given before a pupil can be withdrawn.
2. Those who leave the school in May, must in all cases pay the fee for the month of June.
3. Application for the withdrawal of Caution Money must be submitted within 2 months of the student’s withdraw, after which no application will be entertained,
4. Caution Money must be collected from the office within THREE months of the withdrawal of the child, which on future, the amount shall deposited to the Students Welfare Fund.
5. Transfer Certificate will not be issued under the following circumstances.
>> The parent/guardian has failed to submit the Transfer Certificate ffrom the previous school where the child had studied.
>> Failed to submit the Birth Certificate of the ward from Muncipal Corporation of the area or Registrar of Birth & Days.
>> The dues pertaining to the school have not been paid.
6 Student may be asked to leave the school on the following grounds.
>> Non-payment of School Dues.
>> Parents repeatedly not meeting the teacher in the school when called.
>> Using unfair means in any examination or attempting to influence any teacher.
>> Consistent unsatisfactory progress in studies.
>>
Conduct harmful to other.
Please Note:
In case the withdrawi takes place owing to any of the above mentioned reason (Point N. 6) the notice does not aries. It is always desirable to write to the School Authorities or use the Suggestion. Box about the problems that your ward is facing or for seeking guidance.

General Instructions to Syudents

  1. Use polite words: “PLEASE”, “THANK YOU”, and “EXCUSE ME” appropriately
  2. Avoid vulgarity in talk and behavior
  3. Respect teachers and elders
  4. Speak in English on the school campus
  5. Avoid rowdyism, rude behavior, violence, and insubordination
  6. Do not cheat or be unfair at play
  7. Stand up politely when a teacher or visitor approaches
  8. Maintain and respect classroom and school premises; report any damage
  9. Maintain discipline and decorum inside and outside the school
  10. Wear identity cards daily
  11. Arrive at school 5 minutes before start time
  12. Attend all national festivals and school functions compulsorily
  13. Do not damage school property; compensation required if damaged
  14. Maintain silence during class periods
  15. Accept assigned work responsibly and face challenges courageously
  16. Help parents, teachers, companions, and visitors on campus
  17. Take care of personal belongings (school not responsible for loss)
  18. Do not bring weapons or harmful objects (knife, pistol, etc.)
  19. Do not bring or wear jewellery or expensive items; avoid gadgets like mobile phones, cameras, calculators, etc.
  20. Do not bring books other than textbooks or library-issued books
  21. Do not borrow or lend money
  22. Do not ride scooters or motorbikes to school

Rules of School Transport

  1. No student will be permitted to board the school bus without proper school uniform.
  2. Students must be present at the bus stop at least 5 minutes before the bus arrival.
  3. The bus will not wait for latecomers; students should not run behind the bus once it leaves the stop.
  4. Students are not allowed to board any bus other than their assigned bus.
  5. Students must occupy a vacant seat after boarding; standing in the bus is discouraged.
  6. While the bus is in motion, students must not move around or lean out of the bus.
  7. Eating or throwing trash inside or outside the bus is not allowed.
  8. Smoking, shouting, or unruly behavior is strictly prohibited as it may distract the driver and cause danger.
  9. For withdrawal from the bus service, one full month’s written notice must be given; otherwise, charges will apply.
  10. Buses will stop only at designated stops; no route changes or extensions will be entertained.
  11. The Bus In-charge and Bus Monitors are responsible for maintaining discipline.
  12. Any damage to the bus will result in strict action and penalty for the responsible student.
  13. Students failing to maintain discipline may lose the bus facility; repeated complaints can lead to cancellation.
  14. Any transport-related issue or complaint must be reported to school authorities, not directly to bus staff.
  15. Parents should accompany students to the pickup point in the morning and receive them after school.
  16. Students are not allowed to use the bus for one-way travel only.

Note:
17. The school takes all necessary precautions for student safety while in its care. However, the school management is not responsible for any injury, damage, or unforeseen incidents occurring on campus, during transport, or otherwise.

 

Leave Rules

📌 Leave Rules & Discipline

  1. Leave of absence is granted only on a written application signed by the parent/guardian. A student remaining absent without permission shall be fined ₹5.
  2. Leave on medical grounds must be supported by a medical certificate from a qualified doctor.
  3. No student is permitted to leave the school premises without the Principal’s permission, along with a written request from the parent/guardian.
  4. A student who remains absent without leave for six consecutive days will have their name struck off the rolls. Re-admission, if granted, will require payment of a ₹200 re-admission fee.
  5. All students must attend school on the first day after long vacations.

⚠️ Special Fine Will Be Imposed If a Student:

(i) Misbehaves in class
(ii) Comes to school without proper uniform
(iii) Uses unfair means in an examination
(iv) Violates class discipline
(v) Damages school property
(vi) Brings a mobile phone to school


📢 Note:
Parents/guardians are requested to avoid unnecessary leave requests as far as possible.

Library Rules

  • The school library belongs to you. Ensure its safety and avoid causing any damage to its property, fittings, furniture, floor, or walls.
  • The library will open during school hours. Issue and return of books will take place 30 minutes before departure time.
  • Students must prepare and maintain a Book Report in the given diary. It will be regularly checked by the Librarian and the Principal.
  • Marking, tearing, or dog-earing pages is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in a fine.
  • Books are issued for a maximum period of two weeks. Late returns will incur a fine of ₹5 per day.
  • Once issued, a book will not be re-issued unless a request slip signed by the teacher is submitted to the librarian.
  • Teachers may issue subject-related books for the entire session.
  • In case of loss of a book, the student must pay twice the actual cost of the book.
  • All library dues must be cleared at the end of each session, including returning books and paying any fines. The Reader’s Identity Card must also be submitted.
  • Silence must be strictly maintained in the library at all times.

Parking Rules

  • Students must keep their cycles at the designated parking stand.
  • Each student will receive two tokens – one to affix on the cycle and the other as a record.
  • Cycles must be locked at all times.
  • No cycle may be parked without a token.
  • A fee of ₹500 per session is charged for students bringing a cycle; payment is due at the start of the session.
  • Students may not park scooters or motorcycles without a valid driving licence; doing so is at their own risk.

Rules of Discipline

  • Every student must reach school on time, at least 5 minutes before the first bell. The first bell signals prayer, followed by silent movement to classrooms.
  • Students must be neatly dressed. School uniform is to be worn daily except on Wednesday and Saturday, when the white uniform is required.
  • Carry the school diary in the school bag every day.
  • Maintain a high sense of discipline inside and outside the school.
  • Lending or borrowing money, exchanging articles/books, or bringing expensive items (jewellery, watches, pens, etc.) is prohibited. The school is not responsible for lost items.
  • Damaging school property or writing on walls/desks is a serious offense. Any damage must be reported and compensated.
  • Parents/guardians should not enter classrooms or directly interview teachers during working hours; contact the Principal during prescribed hours only.
  • Students may not receive visitors or make phone calls during school hours unless urgent and permitted by the Principal.
  • Running, playing, shouting, or whistling in school is forbidden. Fighting or using abusive language inside or outside school will be punished.
  • Students are forbidden from buying eatables or drinks from street vendors.
  • Girls must not grow nails, apply nail polish, or wear decorative pins/hair bands. Boys must keep hair properly trimmed; long hair, gels, or coloring is not permitted.
  • Only textbooks or library books are allowed in school; no other books or materials.
  • Mobile phones are strictly prohibited. First-time offenders pay a ₹100 fine; repeated offenses lead to confiscation.
  • Scooters or motorcycles cannot be brought without a valid driving licence.
  • Students not in proper uniform will be charged ₹10. During exams, defaulters will lose 10 marks in the affected subject.
  • Students arriving after the second bell will be sent back home at their own arrangement.
  • Failure to improve conduct/behavior despite repeated warnings may result in the student’s name being struck off the rolls.
  • Students with 100% attendance will receive an award at the end of the academic session.
